FREE Home Site Evaluation

One of the biggest variables in the final cost of building a home is the additional cost to develop your building site. We will perform a free home site evaluation in order to establish a preliminary site development budget based upon topography, utilities, and orientation of the home.

Customization

The included features and floor plans of our homes have been established through many years of refinement and are designed to fit the needs of our discerning home buyers. However, we welcome the opportunity for you to modify our plans to meet your particular needs.

Free Interior Design Services

Another part of the custom home building process is the interior decorating and design. In order to assist you in this process, we will include three hours of consultation with one of our interior design professionals. Our experienced design team can show you today's current design trends or can guide you toward more traditional designs, whichever best matches your lifestyle.
