Luxury Subdivision's Grand Opening Reflects Revival of New-Home Market

Homebuilding is on the rise, as evidenced by a new subdivision in the Foothills that opened Thursday.

Ventana Reserve, a 31-home luxury subdivision by A.F. Sterling Homes, is more than half sold at its grand opening with an average sales price of more than $700,000.
